Attention all Woodensure website and profile users: Please be aware that we, Woodensure, exclusively sell our products through our official website and channels under the woodensure domain. We have provided all our channels and domain names on our website. Any other website or channel claiming to sell our products under our brand name or using our photos is unauthorized. Woodensure will not be liable for any purchases made outside of our official channels. Please ensure to verify the authenticity of the website and check all details before providing any personal or payment information when placing an order.   • When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.


  • When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.


  • Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

  • When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.


  • If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.


How do I withdraw my consent?


  • If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at customer.woodensure@gmail.com  or mailing us.


  •  All Items at our store are made to order, we usually initiate the order as soon as the payment is confirmed. However, we do understand that you may want to cancel / change the order. We allow cancellations up to 24 hrs after the order is placed which are payment gateway charges. The product change can be availed within 48 hrs.


  • Once manufacturing has begun, we are required to charge a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total order. Due to the overhead of logistics, if your order is cancelled after it has been finished or shipped the fee would be up-to 50%, though based on the situation we assure that we will do our best to make the cancellation process smooth for you.


  • We at woodensure.com try to remain the most customer friendly furniture website on the internet and will make every attempt to assist you in the cancellation of your order.


  • To start a cancellation, you can contact us at customer.woodensure@gmail.com. If your cancellation is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation and initiate a payment refund.



DAMAGES AND ISSUES


  • Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


  • We kindly request you to record an unboxing video while unboxing to entertain/initiate return policy.


  • Goods received are different from the product description on the website or damaged. The customer can call us on +91-9358676060 to register their return request. Our customer representative will ask the customer to send a photograph of the goods on +919358676060 or customer.woodensure@gmail.com   to register their complaint. 


  • Our team will provide the customer with all the necessary help required with the return process. All refunds will be initiated to the same bank account through which payment for the order was made. In case of alternate payment options (COD, Credit/Debit Card, etc.), bank account details provided by customers will be used to refund money back. Bank account holder name should be the same as the registered name of the customer/firm on the website.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON - REFUNDABLE  ITEMS

 

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as bespoke, made-to-order & custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns due to change of mind, unauthorized installations. 


  • You are also requested to check the size of your doors and entryway to ensure that the product can be carried to your preferred place of installation. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


EXCHANGES / REPLACEMENTS 


  • We accept replacement of the same product in case there is any transit damage or defects with the product. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, the replacement of the same product will be issued automatically from our end.


RETURN AN ITEM:

 

To return an item ordered:

 

Using App / Website: 


  • Customers can place return requests in the order section of the app or website in the order history. This is the most preferred option and the user needs to carefully select the reasons for return.


Using Call: 


  • Customers can call our helpline number +919358676060  (Whatsapp also accepted) and register a request for return.

 

Using Email: 



  • Once a return request is received by woodensure; a customer service representative will share the return process over a call within 24-48 hours. They will also explain how to generate a return mailing label and prepare the return documentation, if required.

 

Customer will have to pay reverse shipment charges as per the slabs below :

 

  • Rs.70 fixed for up to 1 kg.


  • Rs. 30 per kg for each additional kg.


  • Alternatively, the Customer can send the goods from any other reliable courier that will deliver to the Woodensure office at the customer (sender)'s expense.

 

RETURN PICK-UP

 

  • Our customer service representative will send the customer an e-mail or will inform them on phone explaining the complete return process, and the estimated date on which the return items will be picked up.

 

ABOUT RETURN DOCUMENTATION

 

The courier representative will require the following return documentation, which includes:

 

  • Return Label

  • Declaration Form

  • Invoice for the items bought

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

  • Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. 


  • Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our accounts and fraud avoidance department. 


  • We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after the payment has been charged for, the said amount will be reversed back in your bank account / credit card / debit card etc. 


  • In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the customer, i.e., wrong name or shipping address, any extra costs towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer by woodensure. 


  • Any orders placed for delivery to non-serviceable areas for our Logistics partners will attract additional charges over and above those appearing in normal shipping and will be charged extra. 


  • Delivery will be attempted on the best effort basis.


  • Customers can cancel the Order, if it has not been shipped by woodensure already.

 

 

 

REFUND POLICY

 

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 


  • It must also be in the original packaging.

 

In case, part(s) of shipment are returned: Cost of the item and tax levied on the returned item will be refunded.

 

  • Under all cases, reverse shipments costs are borne by the customer. Woodensure reserves the right to waive shipping in case of defectives or wrong items based on its discretion. 


  • Woodensure may also waive the return courier charges based on its schemes from time to time. Items shipped in drop-shipment are not returnable / replaceable unless defective pieces; 


  • Returns for drop-shipment are accepted only at the sole discretion of woodensure. If returns are approved, the reverse logistics charges are to be borne by the Dropshipper


  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)


  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING (if applicable)


  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.


  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at woodensure.

 

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)


  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

GIFTS


  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

SHIPPING 


  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: Woodensure - B-171, Road No.12 , Madri Industrial Area, Udaipur (Raj.), 313001


  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

DISCLAIMER :


  • Any decision on returns of the product(s) sold by www.woodensure.com  is at the sole discretion of woodensure and the decision of woodensure shall be final and binding.


  • Woodensure reserves the right to withdraw from replacement guarantee at any time without giving any intimation of whatsoever nature. The terms of returns are governed by woodensure. 


  • Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, woodensure is unable to extend its Returns Policy for any items delivered outside of India.
