Dispatch & Shipping Timelines

At Woodensure, every product is carefully manufactured, quality-checked and dispatched according to its production and customization requirements.

1. Standard Products – Without Customization

• Standard non-customized orders are usually dispatched within 10–20 working days.
• Some of our high-demand and fast-selling products are dispatched in weekly batches. For such products, the dispatch may occasionally require additional time depending on the batch schedule.
• During festive seasons, periods of high order volume, holidays, or unfavourable weather conditions, dispatch timelines may be extended accordingly.

2. Solid Wood Dining Tables & Regular Customized Furniture

• Solid wood dining tables and other made-to-order/custom furniture are manufactured specifically for each customer.
• Regular customization orders generally require up to 30 working days for dispatch, depending on the product and customization requirements.

3. Epoxy Furniture

• Epoxy furniture is made to order and requires additional production and curing time.
• Regular epoxy orders generally require up to 45 working days for dispatch.
• The actual timeline may vary depending on the design, size, resin work, curing conditions and level of customization.

4. Special / Heavy Customization

For large, highly customized, artistic or technically complex projects, the dispatch timeline may differ from the standard timelines mentioned above.

The estimated timeline for such projects will be specifically communicated by our backend team after the final design and requirements are approved by the customer.

5. Dispatch Confirmation Before Ordering

For complete transparency, customers can also confirm the expected dispatch timeline with our backend team through WhatsApp before placing the order, especially for customized, epoxy, large or special projects.
