- Solid wood dining tables and other made-to-order/custom furniture are manufactured specifically for each customer.
- Regular customization orders generally require up to 30 working days for dispatch, depending on the product and customization requirements.
3. Epoxy Furniture
- Epoxy furniture is made to order and requires additional production and curing time.
- Regular epoxy orders generally require up to 45 working days for dispatch.
- The actual timeline may vary depending on the design, size, resin work, curing conditions and level of customization.
4. Special / Heavy Customization
For large, highly customized, artistic or technically complex projects, the dispatch timeline may differ from the standard timelines mentioned above.
The estimated timeline for such projects will be specifically communicated by our backend team after the final design and requirements are approved by the customer.

For complete transparency, customers can also confirm the expected dispatch timeline with our backend team through WhatsApp before placing the order, especially for customized, epoxy, large or special projects.
